Approval for the feasibility study of Cubicows.
This week we received a letter with a positive answer from the Flanders agency for Innovation by Science and Technology. Edmire executed a preliminary study in order to set up a complete feasibility study for a new and innovative service. More news on this project coming soon.
# 13 January 2012In this project we set out a process with mainly 2 objectives: understanding the people and understanding the business.
To get in contact with the right people we will start off by defining the target consumer. After defining the right profile we connect with these potential customers by executing a certain number of observations that will provide us insights about their behaviour and their personal needs. Using specific tools for mapping emotions and user context will result in qualitative findings that can be inserted into the customer journey.
The next topic is getting a clear picture of the industry we will be working for. Starting with a lot of desk research to finally end up with a brand positioning will result in a clear overview of the industry. We're sure that a comparison of both the people and the industry results will open up new opportunities.
By analyzing and converting all this information we will be able to produce a clear synthesis. This synthesis is the basis of the final concept that will be defined clearly and tested with target users.
